House sitting at a lovely countryside home in Sarcey, close to Lyon, France

  Description

  Bonjour! We are a family of 3 and we live in a very nice little village in the Beaujolais area, close to Lyon. We LOVE travelling and meeting new people, sharing our culture and discovering others'. We live in an old farm composed of 3 houses: our house and 2 guesthouses. There is a big yard with a swimming pool and we are close to vineyards. The view is stunning. Driving to Lyon will take about 35 minutes.
  
  We need people for our home to give us a hand with all little works that need to be done in a house and to take care of our two cats, hens,the yard and the pool when we're away .
  We will probably be home part of the time and we enjoy sharing our culture and meals if you'd like but you may be on your own aswell most of the time. We therefore need people who are independent and who have a car because we live in the countryside where public transport is quite rare.

  Dependind on when you arrive and when we leave, you'll spend a couple of weeks with us in our home so we'll be able to get to know each other and share meals. Then, when we're away, you'll meet hosts from different places who stay in the guesthouses if you feel like chatting with them, as well as my secretary who has an office next to the house. We live in a small but very lively village and if you want, you'll be able to participate to the events that take place in the area. You can discover our lovely countryside and the city of Lyon which is not far.

  Aide

  We are hoping to travel around Europe for about 2 months. We are looking for one or two people to house sit, take care of our cats mostly and the yard a little (water plants, check the pool).
  In such a big house, there are always somthing to be done as well so someone with some building skills would be great as well.
