We are a familly of 10 people living together. Husband and wife, 3 children ,Grand parents and Helpers.

Nous sommes une famille de 10 personnes vivant sous le même toit: mari, femme, 3 enfants, grands-parents et les personnes accueillis en workaway.

After working time ,
Workawayers are free to socialize with University community as we are closer to St.Augustine university of Tanzania.
Volunteer can join the resourt for refreshments and the like.
Mwanza town is 14km North, voluteer can spend time to Mwanza town.
For the water views and other funs lake Victoria is closer to our HOME.
FOR special arrangement can Visit SERENGETI, RUBONDO ISLAND and SANANE ISLAND.

Sur son temps libre, le volontaire pourra s'il le souhaite rencontrer la communauté universitaire de St Augustine car nous vivons à côté, ou bien prendre un rafraîchissement dans notre hôtel
La ville de Mwanza se situe à 14km au Nord,et le lac victoria est tout proche de chez nous pour toutes activités aquatiques
Nous pouvons aussi disposer de certains arrangement pour visiter le parc Serengeti ou les îles de Rubondo et Sanane

Aide
Fish pond
volunteer are to join early morning to the Fish Pond and collect Datas and later
Manage some Varietie of Pond activities such as clearing , Dyking, Planting grass and fish Harvesting.
As we are organic farmer we try to involve insect bee , Duck and wild bird to our farms
This activity is done on the rain season
on Bees and honey
volunteer are to facilitate their capentry knowledge to build Hives to install Hive and harvest honey.
we encourage new creativity to facilitate organic Honey and Bee.
We currently have 5000 hives on 5 different locations (Mwanza, Geita, Nyanakazi, Shinyanga, Tarime) the place of voluntaring will depend of the needs
Eco
sense of all together in this small world duties.
School
It is possible to visit a local school and interact with the children and the teacher. We have a common understandings and good relation for years.

Étang à poissons
Les volontaires se rendront tôt le matin aux étangs pour collecter les informations quotidiennes des bassins. Puis, différentes activités seront à réaliser comme le nettoyage, la construction de butées, la plantation de végétaux et la collecte des poissons. Comme nous sommes une ferme biologique nous essayons d'intégrer le plus possible les insectes, canard et autres oiseaux dans notre ferme
Concernant le miel et les abeilles
Le volontaire pourra développer ses connaissances en menuiserie en aidant à la construction de ruches. Ils aideront aussi à leur installation ainsi qu'à la collecte du miel
Nous avons actuellement 5000 ruches, réparties sur 5 lieux (Mwanza, Geita, Nyanakazi, Shinyanga, Tarime). Le lieu du volontariat dépendra donc des besoins

Fiskodling
Volontärer kan hjälpa till med varierande arbetsuppgifter I fiskdammarna. Dessa aktiviteter sker under regnperioderna.
Biodling
Volontärer kan använda hantverks- kunskaper för att bygga bikupor och även delta I arbetet med att skörda honung. Vi har för närvarande 5000 bikupor inom 5 olika områden.
Skola
Det Finns möjlighet att besöka en lokal skola och delta I arbetet där tillsammans med lärare och elever.
