Description
We run a cozy guesthouse in the beautiful countryside just south of Munich. Our place is surrounded by nature, with mountain views and lots of hiking nearby. We host travelers from all over the world and offer a peaceful, welcoming environment.
We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to help with gardening, light maintenance, cleaning, and small creative projects to make our chalet even more beautiful.
In return, you’ll get a warm room, good food, payment and the chance to experience Bavarian culture and hospitality. You’ll be part of our family for a while – and we hope you’ll enjoy the quiet beauty of life in the Mangfall Valley as much as we do!
BONUS:
You’ll have the unique chance to explore Bavaria with our camper van—park by alpine lakes, hike mountain trails, or enjoy a sunrise coffee with a view.Types d'aide et opportunités d'apprendre

You’ll experience authentic Bavarian village life just 30 minutes south of Munich. You’ll be part of a small, international guesthouse where people from all over the world come to rest, recharge, and enjoy the Alps or the nearby city of Munich. We love sharing stories, meals, and ideas – and we’re always curious about your culture too. You’ll have time to explore the beautiful region: mountains, lakes, castles, and traditional markets are nearby. If you’re interested, we’re happy to help you practice your German, learn Bavarian recipes, or give you insights into how a small hospitality business runs in rural Germany. It’s a peaceful place with space for deep conversations, creativity, and connection.

We offer our Workawayers a paid opportunity in line with German minimum wage regulations. This includes a warm and private room in our chalet, access to all shared spaces, and the use of our camper van during your free time. Meals or groceries are also provided, depending on your preferences.
In return, we ask for your support in light housekeeping (cleaning guest rooms, making beds, etc.) and occasional help with gardening, maintenance, or creative projects. You’ll work an average of 2–3 hours per day, and all hours are paid according to the minimum wage (currently €12.41/hour in Germany). We will record working hours together and pay weekly in cash or via bank transfer.
We are a small family-run guesthouse, and while it’s a business, we keep the atmosphere personal, relaxed, and collaborative. You’ll be treated with respect and fairness – and we expect the same in return.
We also kindly ask that you make sure you have the correct visa or permit to take on paid work in Germany.Langues
