Help us with cleaning our big garden while exploring climbing and trekking spots around Antalya, Turkey

  Description

  Me and Moris (my husband) live in Geyikbayiri which is very famous as a rock climbing area worldwide in Antalya, Turkey. We have a big garden but we left half of it as wild. There are olive trees, pomegranate, kaki, lemon, avokado trees in the other half. We need help for cleaning the garden, around and between the trees from grass and wild plants, ivys. Our house is in the garden and we have also one short term rental hut in the garden. If it's free we offer that hut with the kitchen and bathroom for workawayers and provide some main ingredients for cooking. We have two bed rooms at our home, one for us and for guests. If we don't have guests at home, sometimes we offer that guest room for workawayers. There is one double bed, one single bed. Bathroom, kitchen and livingroom will be shared. We like to share our table with other people, have a chat, eat and cook togather but can not guaranteed to cook anytime for workawayers. Sometimes we don't have time to cook. Anyway we provide some main ingredients for cooking. We cook usually vegetarian.
  Our place is beside the forest but also 30 min driving away from the beach. Here is paradise for nature and outdoor sports lovers. We care of the nature, always use organic things. We built our wooden house by ourselves and expect the same care from our guests for the natura and wooden house. Moris is a outdoor guide and lm civilengineer. We both like climbing, trekking, traveling and meeting with new people.

  Our place is in the protected natural area. There is a village,Geyikbayırı one km away. They can also meet with the Turkish climbers or from the other countries climbers, here is the central of the Turkish climbing. There are some campsites around us, people come from all over the world. Also there are some trekking paths close to here, for instance you can go to the ruins Trabenna in the forest accros from us or ypu can hike on the "Lycian way". Antalya is not so far away, nearest beach is 30 min away. Also there are lots of historical places around Antalya like Phaselis, Termesos, Perge or Aspendos.. I'm Turkish and speak English, my husband is Dutch, speaks English, French, German.

  Aide

  We need help for cleaning our garden. Our garden has lots of fruit trees. Especially in the spring time, garden is full of grass and wild plants and ivy. We pull them out with the roots if it's possible or some times by garden scissors or pickaxe. Then we collect them with rake and shovel at one place and burn them or make compost.
  We need 4 hours a day, 4 days a week. It can be one or two weeks or 10 days. It can be flexible. And purinig season we need to cut the branches and make them small and storage.
  I have to say that gardening is very physical work 😊

  We can offer two kind of accomation. One is a wooden hut which we rent it. It has one bedroom with double bed, bathroom and sitting area with kitchenet. It's like a tree house and very popular for climbers. The other is in our house. We have two bedrooms upstairs. One of them is ours, the other for our guests or workawayers. There is one doulble bed and one single bed in it. We will share the bathroom, kitchen and livingroom.

  There are five times bus to our place from the city, also hitchhiking works well. We also go to the ciyt few times a week for shoping, swiming, ect.
