  Description

  We are an Italian couple, both 34 years old, and we have been living in Cantabria for about three years. We’re lucky enough to live just five minutes from the ocean, in a region full of nature and stunning beaches, especially loved by surfers.
  
  I’m Valentina, and I work during the week, leaving my weekends free. In my spare time, I enjoy making macramé. Matteo is an illustrator and comic artist who works from home and loves surfing and spending time in nature.

  We offer the opportunity for a language exchange: we speak Italian and Spanish. We can share our knowledge of macramé and, for those who are interested, go surfing with Matteo or learn something about drawing and comic art.

  Aide

  We’re not looking for any specific skills. We’d love some help with household chores and cooking, but most of all, we’d love to have someone who could help us improve our English and teach us a little along the way.
  Matteo is passionate about surfing and has an intermediate level. He would also love to meet other surfers who could help him improve his skills.

  We speak Italian and Spanish, and we would love to learn English. We’re also open to learning other languages, such as French and Portuguese, even though we’ve never studied them before.

  Hébergement

  Private room in a shared apartment.
  
  We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. We eat a bit of everything, including pasta, soups, vegetables, meat and some fish. We can always discuss the menu and make arrangements according to the needs and preferences of our guest.
  
  For breakfast, we usually have coffee, milk, oats, biscuits and cereals. However, we are also happy to listen to our guest’s preferences and accommodate their wishes as much as possible.

  Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If possible, we prefer people to wear socks or slippers indoors rather than shoes.
