We are a family-owned boat tour company based in Medulin, Croatia, with over 30 years of experience in tourism and a strong passion for the sea. Our tours explore the Medulin archipelago, Cape Kamenjak, Golumbera Cave, and nearby islands, and we focus on giving our guests a high-quality and memorable experience.
As the second generation continuing the family business, we are motivated to grow, improve, and bring fresh energy and ideas into our work. We enjoy working with young, responsible, and motivated people who want to gain real experience in tourism, sales, and guest service.
We are proud to be among the top-rated boat tour providers on TripAdvisor for many years, including winning first place in the Outdoor Activities / Boat Tours category from 2022 to 2025. This reflects how seriously we take our work and our guests’ experience.

As a member of our team, you will be involved in selling and promoting boat tours, communicating with guests, helping with the organization of trips, and assisting with daily season preparations. You will learn how a small tourism business operates, how to work with guests, and how to sell a tourist product in real-life conditions.
We offer a paid position with accommodation included, a friendly and supportive working atmosphere, plenty of time by the sea, and the opportunity to experience the local way of life. We try to make everyone feel like part of the family, not just part of the workforce. We are a small, friendly, family-run boat tour company in Medulin, Croatia, and we are looking for motivated, friendly, and outgoing people to join our team for the summer season and help us promote and run our boat excursions. 🛥️

🚤 Position: Boat Excursion Sales & Promotion
This job is perfect for people who enjoy talking to tourists, meeting new people every day, and actively promoting experiences in a positive and confident way.
🔹 What you will do:
-Promote and sell our boat excursions directly to guests
-Explain trip details, schedules, and activities in a clear and friendly way
-Actively approach guests and recommend the best trip for them
-Help with bookings and daily organization
-Represent our company professionally and with a positive attitude
🔹 What we are looking for:
-Friendly, open, and highly motivated personality
-Enjoys communication and working with people
-Responsible, reliable, and proactive
-Sales or tourism experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
