  We are a family-owned company in Medulin, Croatia with over 30 years of experience organizing unforgettable boat trips around the stunning Medulin archipelago in Istria. Our excursions offer guests the opportunity to explore natural wonders like Cape Kamenjak in Premantura, the enchanting Golumbera Cave, and the picturesque islands of Medulin.   SEASONAL JOB - BOAT EXCURSION SALES (15.04. - 15.10.2025.)
  A family agency with more than 30 years of experience in organizing boat excursions around the Medulin archipelago, specializing in half-day boat excursions, is looking for motivated and communicative people to join our team in the 2025 season.
  
  Job description:
  • Informing and advising guests about our boat excursion offer (excursion description, departure time and place, excursion content, etc.).
  • Presentation of excursions at a highly professional level.
  • Active sales of boat excursions.
  • Providing exceptional service to guests through a friendly, accessible and professional approach.
  Main responsibilities:
  • Direct communication with guests and arranging excursions.
  • Presentation of the offer while providing accurate and detailed information about each excursion.
  • Developing and maintaining a positive image of the agency.
  • Developed communication and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages ​​(English and German are mandatory, knowledge of Italian, Hungarian, Czech and Polish is an advantage).
  • Professional approach and motivation in work.
  • Teamwork and collegiality.
