  We are a couple ( Marin & Natali ) and we live in Rovinj, one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia.
  We lead yoga and adventure retreats from May to September and we need 2 people in the team for the Summer 25,
  with those skills:
  
  - Helping in cooking vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free brunches and general maintenance
  - Helping in leading adventure activities such as kayaking with social media skills ( filming, editing videos, posting content on Instagram )
  One of these 2 needs to be a yoga teacher who can lead yoga classes if required.

  Aide

  Join our team for a unique and enriching experience from May - October ( or June until the middle or end of September ).
  We’re looking for motivated and positive individuals to fill the following roles:
  
  Position: Kitchen Cook Assistant
  
  This role is primarily in the morning and involves:
  - Sweeping and maintaining common areas.
  - Preparing healthy juices and snacks.
  - Assisting Natali with brunch preparation.
  - Setting up, cleaning the table, kitchen, and dishes etc.
  
  To thrive in this role, you should have vegetarian/vegan cooking skills and experience and be able to prepare breakfast for up to 15 people independently if needed.
  Work hours: 6:30 to 14:30 (approximately), with one free day per week.
  Compensation: €350 per week.
  It’s a bonus if you’re also a yoga teacher and can occasionally step in to lead a class.

  Position: Social Media Content Creator & Adventure Activity Helper
  
  This role combines creativity and adventure, including:
  - Filming, editing, and creating content for Instagram ( and other SM ).
  - Posting and managing Instagram during the week.
  - Assisting with adventure activities 3-4 times per week (e.g., kayaking, stand-up paddling, or windsurfing).
  - Preparing and maintaining equipment (bikes, kayaks, SUPs) and helping guests with setup.
  
  You should be a strong swimmer and a sporty, active person. A valid driver’s license and van-driving experience are a plus.
  Compensation: €350 per week, with one free day per week.

  Yoga Teacher (Secondary Role)
  We’d love someone on the team who is a yoga teacher to occasionally lead classes. However, this isn’t a standalone position—it’s an additional responsibility for someone in one of the roles above.

  We live and work as a close-knit team, sharing not just tasks but experiences and energy. For brunch, our first meal of the day (around 11 AM), we eat together as a family. Other meals are not prepared communally but can be made individually or shared with team members. While we eat fish, it’s not cooked at home, and meat is not allowed in the house or outdoor kitchen.

  In the free time you can go on the beach which is 10 min with bike or to old town Rovinj which is also 15 min with bike.
  If the bikes are not available sometimes you can still go walking everywhere.
  Rovinj is really one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia.
