… read more minha família italiana. Apesar da vida corrida, tento manter contato sempre e já visitei eles depois de ter me mudado de cidade (e fui acolhida como uma filha❤️). Espero poder visita-los em breve ou recebe-los na minha casa no Brasil.
Ho fatto parte di questa famiglia per, credo, 6 mesi. Ale sempre con il senso dell'umorismo e scherza in ogni momento, Ali è una delle persone più dolci che abbia mai incontrato, Tommy, Gabri e Auri sono bambini con molta energia e creatività. Non avrei mai pensato che mi sarei sentito accolto con persone provenienti da un paese e da una cultura diversa, ma posso dire che li tratterò sempre come la mia famiglia italiana. Nonostante la mia vita frenetica, cerco sempre di restare in contatto e sono andata a trovarli dopo essermi trasferita in un'altra città (e sono stata accolta come una figlia❤️). This family is full of energy!
Alice is a wonderful woman who tries to fulfill every wish, and Alessandro is always ready for a joke! They took me everywhere with them to introduce me the village and its culture. I was welcomed as a member of the family.

… read more have new nonsense in their mind. This sometimes made supervision difficult. But the parents were aware of this, so you were never alone with them!
My duties mainly consisted of cleaning, vacuuming, loading and unloading the dishwasher and washing machine and beeing with the children in the afternoon. So I had a lot of time for myself!
The dog was cute but he did overall his buisiness in the appartment.

I stayed for 2-3 weeks helping babysit the two twin boys and they have strong personalities and lots of energy. Unfortunately my Italian wasn’t strong enough to really communicate with the twins which was difficult at times. During the weekdays I would vacuum, mop, and do the dishwasher while the twins were in school. Also they have an adorable
… read more Frenchie but the dog was still being potty trained so I would often have to clean up after accidents in the house and on the balcony. I found the kids are most incentivized by rewards and you will start to learn their personalities over time. The family took me to the beach club and to some local celebrations while I was there which I appreciated. Location wise, it’s a small town with a quick train to Cinque Terre for a quick weekend trip.

The stay at Alessandro and Alice's house was wonderful. From the beginning they were available to help me with everything I needed: from the Italian language to travel tips.
