Description
PLEASE DO NO ASK US FOR SET THE RESIDENCE FOR ADQUIRING THE CITIZENSHIP.
We are a small cooperative run by Giulia (italian) and Maxi (argentinian) Three years ago we bought an old house next to Demonte that we are fixing, and we are living with dogs, cats and hens. We are involved in a community work, dedicating to bio-agriculture and agro-ecology. We are managing a small restaurant in Pontebernardo 20 m north from Demonte, in the high Stura Valley. We organize classes and workshops on felt, foraging. We've been volunteer in various occasions and we know that can be a unique opportunity. We'd like to host one person who can help us taking care of my daughter Maite (12) when we are working at the restaurant, who wants to experiencing the daily rushing country life helping with herbs and vegetables in our house's garden etc. The place is really nice, up on the mountain, 900-1000 mt, in the Occitan valley not far from France and in summer till October is full of sagre concerts trekking and so on all around moreover the numerous sports to practice (rafting, riding, hiking, biking and a lots of others ing). The place is really nice, up on the mountain, 900-1000 mt, in the Occitan valley not far from France and in summer till October is full of feste sagre concerts and so on all around. English, Spanish and Italian spoken. I (Giulia) can show you most of the local herbs and how to use as raw food or preparing marmelade etc Maxi knows a lot about sheeps ane the life in the mountain ! also we can offer to present you some of the different local producers if you are interested in learning more about how to make cheese, honey, felt etc

Aide
During the summer when the schools are closed we basically need some help in the morning with our daughter Maite (12 years old) . For the rest you are free to choose what suits you more, help with the plants of our garden

I had such a wonderful experience with Giulia , Max and Maite up in the mountains..
They were so welcoming and we shared great food , chat , music and many wonderful moments together over my two weeks spent there..

They have just started their own community cooperative but have years of experience with animal care and farming, which will definitely pay off in this new adventure they have embarked on. And they've taken Maite along for the ride.
