  Description

  We are Mercè (33) and Jordi (34) parents of Pau (2). We live in Granollers, a small city near Barcelona. Mercè works at a sports club in the city and Jordi is a physiotherapist in Barcelona. We have 2 cats and we love sports.
  We are easy people to live with, everything can be said/requested and improvements can be done if necessary.
  Our main reason to have an au pair at home is for Pau to learn English.
  This will be a new experience for us and we hope to enjoy it as much as the au pair who lives with us!

  Our city, Granollers, is a small town of 70,000 inhabitants 30 minutes from Barcelona (where Jordi works). It is a quiet place with a quality of life. We have all the services needed and we are also 15-20 minutes from the beach (Maresme) and the mountain (Montseny). If you want to spend time with us; our great passion is indoor and outdoor sports, summer or winter. Running, cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing... Since the birth of Pau we have slowed down, but still we always try to find the time and the way to continue practicing sports. Plus, we love spending time with our friends and family.

  Aide

  Our main objective is that our son Pau has a close relationship with English. The secondary objective is that au pair entertains Pau for a few hours so that we can have time for ourselves and do the housework.
  
  The main tasks of the au pair will be to play with Pau, bath him and help us with the family logistics (picking him up from school, etc). We have a cleaning lady 3h every 2 weeks who irons the clothes and cleans the house but we may need help from the au pair by putting the washing machine sometimes, etc.
  
  Work hours will be mainly in the afternoon, although we do not rule out the possibility that she helps us get Pau out of bed in the morning and dress him.
  There will be a total of 30 hours distributed from Monday to Saturday (although we are flexible and we will adapt the best schedule for everyone).

  Hébergement

  We live in a semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a small garden that Pau loves. The house is right in front of a playground so we don't have cars in front of the house. We are 12 minutes walk from the train station and 5 from the bus to Barcelona.
  The au pair will have her own room with a private TV and although she will share bathroom with Pau, he only uses it for the bath time.

  Ninu

  Ninu (the one who is completely black) is a middle-aged male cat, very affectionate and playful. He makes friends with everyone and is always looking for company and affection.

  

  Petita

  La Petita (the one with grey tones) is a female cat who is starting to get old, although she is still full of energy. She is very affectionate with the people at home but avoids those she does not know. If she does not trust you, you will rarely see her.
