  Description

  Hello! We are a warm and happy small family living in a clean, quiet and welcoming home in the beautiful -Arbutus neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC.
  Our family is made of three:
  Miranda – a university professor
  Valentino – our sweet and energetic 4‑year‑old
  Gianni – that’s me, a self‑employed landlord.
  
  Who we are looking for=
  We would love to welcome someone who is:
  friendly and smiling, positive and social,
  respectful, clean and easy‑going, comfortable around children.
  Our home is peaceful, bright and located in one of the most beautiful areas of Vancouver, close to beaches, parks and bike paths.
  We look forward to meeting someone who will feel at home with us and enjoy sharing a little slice of family life in Kitsilano.

  I’m Italian, Miranda is Canadian with Chinese roots, and our little Valentino grows up speaking both English and Italian.
  You’ll experience a natural mix of cultures, languages and traditions in our daily life, and we’re always happy to learn about yours too

  During some periods of the year I will be away, so Miranda, my wife, will need an extra hand with our daily morning routine.
  What she needs help with:
  Mainly support with Valentino’s morning routine, such as:
  helping him get ready
  bringing him to daycare by e‑bike or public transportation
  occasionally entertaining him with a few simple games
  bring him back home from daycare and spend some time with him in the evening
  After the morning drop‑off, your entire day is free to explore Vancouver, study, relax or enjoy your time.

  You will have your own private room, and the washroom will be almost exclusively for your use, offering plenty of comfort and privacy.
  Our home is peaceful, bright, and located in one of the most beautiful areas of Vancouver — the Kitsilano / Arbutus Ridge area — close to beaches, parks and bike paths.

  We also hope to find someone who enjoys preparing a few simple meals from time to time, as part of a relaxed and friendly family routine.
  In your free time, you can enjoy the beautiful Kitsilano beaches, walk to nearby parks, ride our bike along the seawall pathways, or simply spend your time however you prefer. The neighbourhood is safe, vibrant and full of things to explore at your own pace.
