Hello, I'm Joan, I'm living in Valencia. My town, Almassera, more or less 6 km. from Valencia, is a rural área of the Horta of Valencia, a natural historical region its activity is the agriculture. There I have a field with a house in process of building, an orchard where grow several fruit trees and vegetables, there I’m planing to do ecological agriculture and is for that I need your help.
At the moment, until we can live at this house, I offer a single room in my flat, in Valencia, in the nice Russafa quarter. You can go everywhere by bike, car, or public transport. The meals we will eat are based on the mediterranean food or vegetarian food, I'm not vegetarian but I dont eat so much meat, we can savour the tipical and delicious valencian food, finally we'll decide together what we prefer to eat. -

You will learn about traditional valencian agriculture from arabic origin. You can visit and live Valencia city, valencian coast, beaches; a rural town near the beach where we live and the culture and lifestyle that goes with it.

Aide
Need a help with orchard, garden, fruit trees and plants, remove and plant new trees, tidying up the garden, minor improvements. Share housework and cooking. Help with my english.

Valencia is a very nice and interesting city with lot of places to visit and interesting culture to know, specially the towns arround, the region of "la huerta". There are public transport, and also you can go everywhere by bike.
