  Description

  I am a tradesman living in Norway. In my free time I am renovating house boats. My current project is renovating some house boats. I need help with decorating, cleaning, maintenance, and small jobs to get the boat ready for living.
  
  I have many small jobs to get done, and I am busy with my own work. Renovating house boats is a hobby I am doing outside of work. I have many boats and there is always little tasks that need doing. The main thing for me is actually having people living inside the boats. If you do not have somebody in a boat, they can deterioriate very fast. So keeping the space warm and clean is really important.
  
  Im only asking for up to 3 hours work 5 days a week. So I will not be covering food. However I can help you to find cheap food here so it should be easy for you to live well. I can also help you to find some paid work if you would like.

  Workawayers can learn from me many different skills, I am in construction and carpentry. I have been working with and living on boats for many years. I can teach people all about wood working, using power tools, working with boats, and I can also host workers on a boat, so they can learn about the livaboard lifestyle. I am living on a beautiful fjord in Norway. Its really a spectacular place to be.

  I am looking for people to come and help me renovate and decorate boats. There will be painting, cleaning, and general boat maintenance. I will have lots of small odd jobs to do. I can teach you many things about the maintenance of steel, aluminium, fibreglass and wood boats.

  Hébergement

  I am offering accomodation onboard various different boats. The idea will be to make boats more livable. I am running a sauna business, I also work with renting Jet skis, kayaks, and boats. So workawayers could get some hours in the sauna and also the kayaks and jet skis.

  There is a viking boat building workshop very closeby. You can go there and learn many skills including flattening planks with an axe. Sandefjord is an old whaling town. You can visit the museum here and go and see the whaling ship down by the docks. You can take a cheap ferry to Stromstad and explore Sweden for a day or longer. It is very easy to get here from Oslo you can take a two hour train. Or you can travel just one stop from Sandefjord Torp Airport. There are many scenic walks in the area and it is truly a magical place to be.
