  Description

  Currently we are doing Travel Workaways where we go a new destination and explore together. Our travel is usually pretty fun, doing lots of activities, trying different food, checking out new places and more. So much new experiences!
  
  LATEST UPDATE:
  Every one of our trips is never the same, we always try out different style and different approach to travel. We got many testimonial videos from our previous Workawayers, you can see how happy they were.
  
  Our Upcoming Workaway Location and Duration:
  
  3rd week of March 2026: Osaka to Tokyo road trip ( 2 weeks)
  
  2nd week of June 2026: Island school holiday adventure (2-3 weeks)
  - Definitely gonna be another super adventure, especially with some great volunteers
  - Great locations, each volunteer can have her own stay and many activities to do
  - Language learning with international students, technology, music, calligraphy, library and so on
  - Surfing, sailing, yachting, sports, stadium, theme park and more
  - Multiple volunteers can join, we will structure this Workaway differently
  
  2nd week of March 2026: Japan Onsen and Ski (2 weeks)
  - Preferably volunteers with some ski background so she can help with skiing.

  Past Locations: Japan, United States, Australia, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, Greece, Switzerland, UAE and more.
  
  Please indicate what kind of skills you can teach the boys. We provide board and lodging. We can also compensate you in many ways, depending on your skills and experiences. Please read through our feedbacks from 2023 and our photos so you can better understand our activities and our expectations.

  We have just experienced a streak of incredible and enriching Workaways, so many unforgettable memories and beautiful experiences. So here are the guidelines before contacting us:
  - We are looking for volunteers to join our fun adventures.
  - We are also striving to provide unique experiences for our volunteers.
  - We can show video testimonials from our previous volunteers describing our style of Workaways.
  - Please let us know clearly what your expectations are.
  - Please describe your skill sets and interests, so we can better tailor our Workaway for you.
  - Each one of our Workaway is quite different and is quite an achievement in its own way.
  - It is already clear from our reviews that we are pretty generous.
  - It is also already very clear from the reviews: the type of volunteers that will be perfect for us.
  - And if you have not even spent a lot of times with children
  - And do not genuinely enjoy spending time with them
  - Then probably we are not a good fit, and we are only recruiting the good ones.

  In our current Travel Workaway, we usually book a separate accommodation for our volunteers. We let you choose your own stay.

  We are based in Medan. Medan is a cool city to check out authentic local culture in Indonesia. There is almost no tourist here. Kualanamu airport KNO is the main entry point to Sumatra, sixth largest island in the world with interesting places such as Bukit Lawang (Orang Utan), Lake Toba (the world largest volcanic lake), Nias (surfing) and more. Great to explore Sumatra first, before going on to Jakarta, Java, Bali, Lombok, Raja Ampat and more.
