  I am a natural dye artist based in Johor Bahru, and my studio is situated in the heart of the city, close to notable attractions and just a short distance from Singapore. The space serves as a creative hub where you can immerse yourself in the art of natural dyeing, exploring techniques rooted in tradition and experimentation.
  
  Beyond dyeing, the studio also offers workshops on other crafts, such as macramé and the creation of mineral stone pigments, allowing visitors to discover different forms of artistic expression. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this space is designed to inspire creativity and a deeper appreciation for natural materials and handmade artistry.

  Every weekend, my art studio transforms into a cozy café, welcoming guests from diverse cultural backgrounds, as Malaysia is a multiracial country. It’s a great opportunity to meet people, learn about different cultures and languages, and share creative experiences.
  
  As a natural dye artist, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge of plants and their use in fabric dyeing. Beyond that, I also explore other crafts such as macramé, fabric weaving, and creating mineral pigments from stones. Occasionally, I venture into nature to forage materials, and you’re welcome to join me in discovering the beauty of natural resources firsthand.

  I'm looking for someone who is passionate about sharing their culture or skills—whether it's music, art, storytelling, or any other interesting craft—to engage with guests on weekends. This could be through live demonstrations, interactive sessions, or casual conversations that bring a unique and enriching experience to the space.
  
  Additionally, if you enjoy hands-on work, you’re welcome to help with tasks such as gardening, sewing, or fabric dyeing. No prior experience is needed, as I can guide you through the basics and teach you some fundamental techniques. This is a great opportunity to exchange knowledge, explore creative practices, and be part of a vibrant, community-driven environment.

  A private room with a shared bathroom will be provided, offering a comfortable space for your stay. You are free to use the entire studio, whether for relaxation, creativity, or daily activities. The kitchen is open for you to prepare your own meals, and you can easily find fresh ingredients at local shops.
  
  Occasionally, I enjoy cooking, and you're more than welcome to join me for a meal. We can also share food when dining out, making it a great opportunity to experience local flavors and enjoy good company.
