  Description

  Hi there! We (Steffi and my two children aged 15 and 13) and our 2 cats are looking for motivated helpers to join us at our home. We welcome both solo travellers and pairs. You can come on your own, or bring a friend/partner — we have the capacity to host two people, so you can enjoy the experience and the free time together. Location: We live in a very quiet and peaceful area right near the Kemnader See (Lake Kemnade). It is a beautiful spot perfect for outdoor activities like walking, cycling, inline skating, or just relaxing by the water.
  
  Accommodation & Food: In exchange for your help, we provide full room and board! Your Space: You will have your own private bedroom to ensure you have plenty of privacy and space to relax. Food: Two/Three meals a day are provided (we can cook together or provide ingredients for your free days).

  We are looking for a true cultural exchange and would love to welcome you as part of the family/household during your stay. We enjoy sharing stories, exchanging cooking recipes, and learning about different cultures, but we also highly respect each other's privacy. In return for your valuable help, we offer a warm, welcoming home in a peaceful location and a very fair schedule. You will have your own private room to fully unwind, and we will make sure you are well-fed with two or three meals a day (as you prefer), so you can spend your 3 free days completely stress-free exploring the beautiful Kemnader See and the surrounding area.

  We are especially excited about a language exchange! My children are growing up learning English, and my daughter has also been learning Spanish at school for a few years. If you are a native English or Spanish speaker—or just love sharing your language—it would be amazing to practice together through daily conversations, cooking, or sharing meals. We are happy to help you with your German in return!

  We live in a very quiet and peaceful area right near the Kemnader See (Lake Kemnade). It is a beautiful spot perfect for outdoor activities like walking, cycling, inline skating, or just relaxing by the water. While the surroundings are green and calm, you can easily access nearby cities for sightseeing and cultural experiences. We are a non-smoking household.

  We have a modern fiber-optic connection (Glasfaser). The Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the house, and many rooms (including yours) feature a dedicated LAN / ethernet port, making it ideal if you need a stable connection for video calls or remote work.

  If you travel in your own van, we have a parking spot for your camper. You will have full access to our house to use all common areas, including the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area.
