Description
Hi, my name is Rita and we ( my daughter and I ) live near Rostock, Germany. I am self employed , so I run an office at home but I also spend a lot of time in the garden. The house is located in a rural and quiet part on the countryside and the house has a big garden (700m²). The baltic sea with its beautiful and sandy beaches is around 25min by car from our home.
Our reasons for hosting workawayers:
1. We need a helping hand around the garden and the house. Tasks could be painting wood, moawing the lawn or picking berries.
2. We would also enjoy a language exchange preferably with English nativ speakes or Sandinavians. In exchange you can learn some German and I also speak Russian.
My children also did workaway abroad and they really enjoyed the culturel exchange. We like to be with people from other countries.
We would offer you an own bedroom, a shared bathroom and 3 meals a day., one of them is a warm meal.
We would like you to work 3-4 hours 5 days a week (2 days off). Maximum 25 houers a week
On your days off you can use a bike to ride to the closed public transportation station (2km) , the supermarket or the beach.
When you arrive we will pick you up from a close by train station.
We do not have pets.

We live in a region where a lot of people spend their holidays - a nice area near the Baltic sea.
Here you can chill, walk or swimm.
The city Rostock also is famous with old historicl buildings , churches, university, parks and local cafes.
To get there you can use public transportation and also our bikes.
Please note: no smooking indoors, no drugs, no special diets or food allergies (vegeterian is okay) -

She stayed here about 2 weeks and helped a lot in the garden .
