  Description

  About us we are Malu and Sol who came to Boipeba with the intention of living in a spiritual community with meditation and self-knowledge as a teacher.
  We both use and share different holistic therapies, including Akashic Records, active Osho meditations, emotional release, Tibetan Tantra, different breathing techniques, training, natural products, etc.
  
  Our intentions changed their forms through experiences and today we find ourselves starting with an inn and holistic space on the island of Boipeba, a paradise in Bahia.
  
  Today it is the 2 of us plus some friends who help us with homework and daily sharing.
  
  We are very happy to have a space to share since we have also traveled as volunteers.
  
  It will be a pleasure to share and receive you at the Mestiça inn, an inn for the soul and a holistic space.
  
  The invitation is that through daily, everyday tasks, turn them into art, practicing presence in each of them... we feel that from there we fill ourselves with vitality and generate patterns of gratitude and enjoyment of life... enjoying the simple and ordinary with the intention that everything in life is meditation..
  
  The exchange would be about 4 hours a day, 5 days a week depending on the task.
  Sometimes it can also be 2 or 3 hours.
  
  The most important thing is that both you and we are flowing in harmony with each other and with the space.

  Sobre nosotros somos Malu y Sol 27 y 35 años, estamos en el camino y con el propósito de tener una vida consciente, conectados a lo espiritual con la meditacion y el autoconocimiento como maestr@.
  Ambos utilizamos y compartimos diferentes terapias holisticas , entre ellas Registros Akashicos, meditaciones activas de Osho,liberacion emocional, Tantra Tibetano, Diferentes técnicas de respiración, formaciones, productos naturais etc
  
  Hemos compartidos en diferentes comunidades, retiros, formaciones y las experencias hoy nos encuentra comenzando con una posada y espacio holístico en la isla de Boipeba un paraíso De Bahia..
  
  La intensión del proyecto es que no sea solo una posada de paso, sino que las personas que lleguen puedan llevarse una experencia conectados a se esencia a su ser...
  
  Hoy somos nosotros 2 más algún amigo que nos ayuda con las tareas y el compartir diario.
  
  Estamos muy contentos de tener un espacio donde compartir ya que también hemos viajado como voluntarios..
  
  Será un placer compartir y recibirlos en posada Mestiça, posada para el alma y espacio holístico
  
  La invitación es que através de las tareas diarias, cotidianas convertirlas en arte, diafrutar cual sea la tarea que tengamos para realizar en el dia, practicando la presencia en cada una de ellas.. sentimos que desde ahí nos llenamos de vitalidad y generamos patrones de agradecimiento y goce por la vida... disfrutando de lo simple y ordinario con la intension que todo en la vida se puede gozar.. desde lo más simple.
  
  El intercambio seria unas 4 horas diarias 5 dias a la semana dependiendo de la tarea..
  a veces también pueden ser 2 o 3 horas, o quizás algún día el intercâmbio sea solo que disfruten.
  
  Lo mas importante es que tanto ustedes como nosotros estemos fluyendo en la armonia entre nosotros y con el espacio..
  
  Siempre con la apertura de que cada uno pueda potenciar su magia ✨️
