  Description

  Nathaniel and Nancy own and operate the hostel from mid-October through April. Originally from the U.S., they've been in Futaleufu for twenty years and love sharing the area with visitors. In addition to running the hostel, they grown a large garden, kayak on nearby rivers, and Nancy teaches yoga in town. They can also be found chasing their toddler here and there.

  They will learn about Patagonian culture and living in a small town in rural Chile-- Futaleufú has so much to offer! Also plenty of opportunities for learning more about languages and gardening, in particular.

  We run a lovely hostel in Patagonia, Chile-- a small town called Futaleufu-- and also have an on-site garden. We'd love some help in October, November, December, March and April with general hostel tasks: hosting guests, reservations, cleaning and maintenance, and working in the garden. We can be flexible with schedules!

  We live in an outdoor person's paradise! Work-awayers can hike, kayak, bike, camp, etc. The hostel is just a 10 minute walk from town, yet you feel like you're away from it all. The living atmosphere is very relaxed, with travelers coming and going, and frequent dinners with friends from town.
