At our small Malta palce, cultural exchange happens every day: shared meals, beach sunsets, village festas, and chats with travelers from everywhere. You’ll practice English (and pick up Maltese phrases!), cook your home dishes for the team, learn local recipes like pastizzi and ftira, and join day trips to Gozo, Mdina, and Valletta. We’re a friendly, diverse crew—bring your stories, music, and curiosity!

Yes—we love language exchange! Staff and volunteers practice English daily, and we offer casual tandems in Maltese (survival phrases), Italian, and Spanish. We host a weekly “language night” with conversation games, mini-lessons, and a shared dinner—beginners welcome, no pressure. We run friendly language swaps: Daily practice: English at work; optional Maltese “word of the day” (e.g., Grazzi, Mela). Weekly exchange night: 60–90 mins of conversation rounds + games, then a potluck. Languages around the house: English, Maltese basics, Italian, Spanish—bring yours too! All levels welcome: We pair beginners with patient partners; no grammar drills unless you want them. Materials: Prompt cards, topic jars, and mini phrase sheets (we’ll print yours if you bring one).
Hébergement
We provide team dorm of 4 people
We provide 1 meal per day and a stipend. We also provide 1 dinner bi weekly. Helpers work 20 hours per week.
