Description
Hi my name is Fernando Sac and I am an outgoing individual who is crazy about running hostels and co-working spaces. I am also really passionate about Yoga and Ayurveda hence I have opened a hostel focusing on Yoga and Surfing. We are a brand new hostel in the beautiful surf village, Weligama. We are concentrated on surf & yoga mainly. And we are looking for a dynamic set of volunteers to join our Hostel as we are about to start our journey. We are a team of 4 people who are looking forward to welcome you to our family!
*if you are in Germany and living in the NRW area pleases mention that. Would be a plus point in the selection process, you will know the reason later 😊

We are just a minute away from the main surf beach in Weligama, so you can surf as much when you are not in your shift and you can get engaged in traditional Sri Lankan cooking and learn about famous Sri Lankan Ayurvedha as we will be mainly focussing on those areas. During your time here we can introduce you to local food, local culture and also teach you how to cook Sri Lankan/Indian food, we will also teach you some important words in Sinhalese which is the language spoken in Sri Lanka.

If you have just completed your yoga teacher training this is the perfect opportunity for you! We are also looking for good content writers for our blog and also need some helpers around the hostels with the guests. We need people who have some experience, and most importantly maintaining a positive vibe and being ready to get your hands dirty!

My best wishes for this already successful Hostel
My time was organized in shifts and quite straight forward in terms of duties. We had to keep the place tidy and clean, prepare breakfast for the guests and other tasks depending on the day including some painting and sanding wood.
