  Description

  My guest studio is only 8km to
  Margaret River. I live in the little township of Witchcliffe with its quirky wine bars, Dear Darnell’s restaurant and Marmalade store where you can buy local fresh produce.
  
  I’m adjacent to the Wardani trail and the Cape to Cape hiking track is close by too plus of course the best surf beaches and wineries.
  
  If you’re into wine, 🍷 food 🍲 and sparking beaches come join me. Plus I am close to the beautiful Boranup Karri Forest, Hamelin Bay, Lake Cave and Augusta with its jewels of Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River mouth. Yes swim, surf, wind surf, fishing and canoeing.

  I live in a small community and everyone is friendly, people walking past, stopping to chat, getting together, sharing cuppas, food, wine 🍷.
  
  Nearly every home has a gentle dog., I have a black Labrador, a rescue with me just over three months, so he’s still a teenager and wilful and funny but a bit reactionary 🐾🐶 as he’s never met other dogs before! New to the beach, park and dam. Yes, a handful but not at all aggressive and loves to play.
  
  I’m a passionate multiday hiker and I have the Cape to Cape Track on my doorstep. So lucky 🍀 👣 want to hike, I can lend you some hike gear and help with transport to and from.
  
  I’ve walked tracks all over the world and love meeting other travellers. I’ve even managed a backpackers (yes live in with travellers) so yes I encourage all to get out and see the world.

  Aide

  I’m very capable, extremely fit and imaginative but there are some labour jobs that are too high or heavy for my hands.
  
  So you would be doing the tasks alongside me and on your own.
  
  paving and other small jobs finishing off my landscaping.
  
  Inside I need help with hanging art work and shelving. I have the drill, but it’s a two person job.

  Studio with lovely outlook through sliding door, loft double bed with views over vineyard and forest. Fridge, kettle toaster and electric stove one burner (barbecue available) and outside kitchen sink. Bathroom with shower, toilet and own washing machine.
  
  Enjoy swimming in fresh spring water walking distance to Stingray big dam.
  We are on rainwater with just two tanks of rainwater so
  quick showers .

  Autres infos...

  TransWA bus goes to and from Perth daily, bus stop walking distance from home in Witchcliffe - you can take the bus to Augusta, Margaret River, Cowaramup, Yallingup, Dunsborough and Busselton in the morning and return in the afternoon.

  Black Labrador 2 year old .. teenager 😆 rescue dog with me just 1 month so untrained as yet.. don’t leave your shoes on the ground/floor. He will run off with them.. great game 🐶🐾
