  Description

  We're a family with four kids offering you a place to learn about the The Netherlands in a small town near the national forest Veluwe, with large yard with our own chickens, in exchange for helping around the house.
  
  We live in a lovely town surrounded by forests and close to the Veluwe, one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands. You will have plenty of opportunities to explore the area by bicycle or on foot, visit nearby towns and experience the relaxed Dutch way of life.
  
  Our municipality has around 35,000 inhabitants. We have one larger cultural center, library and theater that offers various hands on classes and Dutch lessons if you are interested.

  We would love to welcome someone who is interested in experiencing everyday Dutch life and becoming part of our household during their stay.
  
  We live in a lovely town surrounded by forests and close to the Veluwe, one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands. You will have plenty of opportunities to explore the area by bicycle or on foot, visit nearby towns and experience the relaxed Dutch way of life.

  During your stay, we are happy to share our culture, traditions, food and daily life with you. We enjoy having conversations, sharing meals from time to time and learning about your country and background as well. If you are interested, we can also help you practise Dutch or tell you more about life in the Netherlands.

  We speak both English and Dutch at home and our four kids are also fluent in both languages in case you want to practice either language.

  You will have your own large bedroom with walk in closet, your own kitchen and dining area and your own bathroom.

  We will provide you with a bike. For transport options, there is a bus stop very close to our home and our town has its own trainstation.
