Hello, we are a French family who live in the center of France on a farm located near a beautiful town, Auxerre, and beautiful tourist sites (Chablis vineyard, the Yonne river, Puysaie, Morvan lakes, Guedelon castle , Paris...). We really like our region because there are beautiful landscapes and many things to visit, we are close to major roads and public transport, buses pass through our village, and reach the train station! My husband Alban has an organic cereal farm, I am a doctor and we have 5 children aged 8, 14, 18, 19 and 21! we have a dog, 2 cats, a few chickens, rabbits and 7 donkeys! We want to welcome young people for 2 to 4 weeks as a priority to help us take care of the donkeys and to train them for hiking! there are also some exterior maintenance tasks to do! We want to welcome people to share and discover other cultures too! We have 2 sons who are going abroad soon for their studies, openness to other cultures seems essential to us!

the region is very rich in history, many sites to visit, castles, museums, very natural, we live in the countryside but close to the city which is easily accessible by bus! we can help a young person to discover the language and our culture, I really like cooking local specialties!

you have to train the donkeys and walk them, feed the animals and take care of the exterior a little (gardening)
