Description
I am food scientist with a full time job and on the side am trying to take care of the farm and farm animals by myself. Summers are pretty easy most animals fend for themselves on the pasture only dogs and cats need to be fed. I will start the vegetable garden in April there will be maintenance after that. I am also trying to establish a small hobby greenhouse

They will learn skills for self sustaining, animal care, be with nature. Enjoy friendship of cows, goats, peacocks, dicks, chicken, cats and couple farm dogs. My farm is 10 minutes from Sandusky which is next to beautiful lake Eerie. There are many opportunities for hiking and water sports. As well as they will learn how to raise herbs and vegetables, and will eat healthy.
Aide
I have a small homestead and rescue farm animals in Ohio. I do need help feeding and watering animals and general help with vegetable garden, planting, watering, harvesting and eating. You also need to keep clean after yourself
Hébergement
Private bedroom and bathroom. Full use of kitchen and living room. I cook as I have time but you are free to use the kitchen and pantry to cook whatever you like as long as it is vegetarian. Animals are friends here not food. There is lots of farm fresh eggs though

Unfortunately there in no public transport around the farm but we can arrange use of the car.
