  Description

  We have some of the best skiing/snowboarding and skating in the South Okanagan!
  
  We run a small Short Term Rental cleaning and management company up on the mountain. We live at Apex full time with our two golden retrievers and cat.
  
  This mountain is a dream for those who love winter activities such as skiing/snowboarding/skating/snow shoeing and cross country skiing. Our property is just short walk to the lifts and main village!
  
  We are hands on with our business, so those joining us will have the opportunity to work both independently and along side us on the day to day.
  
  
  We are looking for a couple to join us for 4 months (Dec-March). We will provide a seasons pass for the resort, so your time/days off can be out enjoying the mountain life!
  Due to location a vehicle would be needed.

  Maartyn is originally from New Zealand but has been in Canada for more than 12 years. Holly is from Niagara Falls but has been living in British Columbia since 2010. We are a couple committed to community and hospitality. Maartyn is a two time published chef who was classically trained Europe and worked as a sous chef in a Michelin Star restaurant before we started our small business here at Apex. Being located in a ski resort, work awayers will have the opportunity to be immersed in the ski/snowboarding culture that British Columbia is famously known for.

  Aide

  We are looking for a couple to join our team for the ski season which ruins December -March.
  
  We are hands on with our business, so those joining us will have the opportunity to work both independently and along side us on the day to day.
  Typical work days include cleaning/stocking/staging vacation rentals on the mountain.
  
  Hospitality and detail focused couple looking to work about 20 hours a week.
  Wage is $20 per hour and includes a seasons pass to the Resort!

  The private accommodation is located on our property. The accommodation includes a 36 ft trailer that is fully equipped for cooking. Has separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom with composting toliet.
  
  Work awayers also have access and use of the bottom level of our home where there is a bathroom/shower/ games room/ living area and washer and dryer.
  While the bottom part of our house will be shared with us, the trailer is exclusively for work awayers allowing privacy.
  
  There is a hot tub on the property that work awayers are welcome to use any time along with an outdoor fire pit and fenced yard.
