  Description

  Be part of the beautiful change you want to see in the world. Come to help us in Cocquio Trevisago, Italy, at our intentional community (Is a non profit , we are two families living together who want to create an ecovillage).
  
  It is with great joy that we wish to share our enthusiasm for the intentional community that is taking shape in the province of Varese.
  It was born out of a dream, shared at a Circle Way Camp in 2019. Now the dream includes a house, a forest of 4 hectares, 8 humans (4 adults and 4 childrens), 2 cats, 2 sweet emphatic dog and various wild animals that share the wonder of nature that surrounds us, of which we are part, guests and caretaker.
  
  We chose the name because of the majestic and wise oaks in the garden, because of their capacity to welcome, nourish and support, because of their message of encouragement to find a concreteness inspired by higher principles, by a true spirituality that connects us to our origins and to the manifestation of our truest and deepest talents and intentions in life. The spirit of the oak tree reminds us that we can be very concrete even when we are inspired by the spiritual world and by ideals that seem less than tangible .
  
  There is a lot of work to be done in order to materialise our vision, mission, and the many projects, all of which have in common the intention of making the world an even more beautiful place, living and spreading the values of the circle way through every activity we intend to propose.
  
  Would you like to get to know us? Experience community, and at the same time help us change the world? Come for a short period (of minimum 1 month) as a workaway guest!
  
  The project intends to focus on the following areas:
  - children (workshops, summer camps, school in nature)
  - holistic wellness (with a shared holistic studio, workshops, courses, etc.)
  - organization and/or reception for events, courses and workshops of various kinds held by residents or by external teachers (in any case united by an holistic intention of wellbeing and caring for oneself and one's connections with others and with nature)
  - elementary horticulture and food forestry for self-sufficiency
  - some specialised cultivation e.g. for self-production of oleoliths, bach flowers, etc.
  - fermented self-production (such as fervida for healing, cosmetics, cleaning, vegetable garden) and fermented foods
  - baking and baked goods for internal use and on commission
  - artistic creativity and small crafts (e.g. sewing, crochet, macrame, basketry, painting, music, etc.)
  - guest reception and workawayers hospitality
  - days and residential workshops dedicated to the circle way

  you'll have the possibility to experiment living in a community, based on circle way and supportive listening.
  you can learn some healthy italian coocking.
  You can learn and practice italiano language.
  you'll live in a place sourronded by majestic nature, with a beautiful energy.
  from where we are you can easily reach lakes, mountains, natural parks but also cities, museum, historical places to visit to know more of the italian beauty and culture.

  Aide

  we need help for:
  - horticulture and garden (we'd like to implement different types of horticulture)
  - small housework and maintenance work
  - help in the kitchen (only for family meals)
  - help with kids (our family kids )
  
  All support Is to the families of the community or for volunteer and no profit activities
  
  In order to get the best support and offer the best experience, we ask for a minimum of 4 weeks staying , considering the first week as trial. After that we decide all toghether if extend for other 3 or more weeks. To offer the best welcoming, we ask to arrive between Friday afternoon and saturday morning so we can provide during the week end enough quality time for necessary explanations and a good settling down and introduction to community life and habits.

  Hébergement

  we can host you in a nice shared room (2-3 persons) with dedicated shared bathroom, it is also possible to stay with your own tent or caravan
  
  We offer healty and mainly organic food . 3 meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner, mainly vegeterian or vegan but not strict. As well as the possibility to store and cook your own food.

  from where we are you can easily reach shops, bus and train station (5 min by car). varese lake in 10 min, maggiore lake and laveno city in about 15 min, Varese city in about 20 min, Milan city in about one hour.
  
  near the house there is museo Salvini and various trecking path of the regional campo dei fiori park, near varese the observatory and sacromonte natural park and many others parks and museums.
