Description
I am Kuba running a guest house in Jaisalmer. I grew up in a small village in Jaisalmer, For the last few years I have been running a guesthouse which is located close to the Golden Fort of Jaisalmer. My guesthouse has 12 rooms with a rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of the fort and city. We are very happy to welcome our volunteers in our guesthouse. Good vibes and atmosphere it is create by our staff and volunteers. Besides this place I also have a resort in the desert which includes a small farm where I have some animals like camel sheep and Goats. also you can spend few days in the resort and help us to manage our camp and hostel. Our Guesthouse is Locate in centre of the city all attraction monument is nearby like the local temple, fort, lake and bazar you can visit easy. The main highlight of Jaisalmer is the Thar Desert you can go for overnight safari and camel trek where Local people cook food on wood fire and make delicious chai.
Together with my friend and manager Toffi the staff members and our Volunteers we want to create a unique hotel/hostel for our guests. Hope see you soon.

Volunteers can learn about our Indian culture and we are very happy to teach them about india (Religion,cast system,Indian food and Language). My Family can teach how to cook and make Mehandi. Furthermore we are also interested in learning the volunteers culture and Language.
I hope we can give you an unforgettable time in Jaisalmer.

As this guesthouse is always trying to improve -right now we want to Decorated our second floor and restaurant hang out area- we could need enthusiastic people with practical skills Like Painting or Decoration Volunteer can contribute the best they can. This property has a lot of potential and we want to use it as good as we can. You can Help us with painting on wall and give their creative ideas.

If it is possible we will try to provide either a private room with an attached bathroom for you or a bed in the dormitory. This depends on the availability and season. Guesthouse have chill and comfy area on Rooftop. they can use free wifi.
There is kitchen is available for cooking and also we provide you meal as well.
we are happy to exchange our food and teach indian cooking.

In their free time our volunteers can enjoy Jaisalmer. We have the Golden Fort with it's old city part as well as a lake which is about 5 minutes walking distance. Go to desert and climbing the dunes see beautiful sunset. We will provide you with transport free of charge.

I really loved my time at this place! The hotel is a very warm and welcoming place, and the fort of Jaisalmer is beautiful. I helped out with basic cleaning around the hostel for a couple hours a day and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy myself. Toffi makes you feel right at home. I would highly recommend coming here!!

I only stayed in the guess house for 5 days and it was really nice. The guesthouse is hilarious, friendly and knowledgeable. The guess house is spotless and nice. Staffs are helpful. I have not met Kuba yet but he is incredibly caring. He always checked if im comfortable and okay or not. Wish i would had chance to meet him to say thank you.

Toffi was always happy to show us good places to visit in Jaisalmer. He took us to the lake for sunset on the first day of our stay. Toffi was really nice and friendly with us. He gave the best to make us feel confortable in his place.

I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Kuba was really friendly and an amazing host. He focused on ensuring safety and comfort in his guesthouse and in his free time would show me around jaisalmer. I felt more at home and would definitely recommend other volunteers to stay here.

Nos sentimos muy agusto, fue nuestro primer Workawayer y fue muy bueno, Toffi es genial, y te trata como su familia. Nos hizo sentir bien, aunque hemos llegado en temporada alta el alojamiento se vuelve problema, pero están dispuestos a acomodarte en otro hotel.
Ya tenemos puertas abiertas para regresar el próximo año.

They have few camels and cows.
