  Description

  Our estate is in the heart of Chianti surrounded by its vineyards and olive groves. We are looking for general help around the house and property. We love animals and have a household including four dogs, one cat, five horses and two alpacas who roam freely and happily around the property so it is important you love animals too! We grow most of our own vegetables and like to live in harmony with the Tuscan landscape around us.
  We are looking for capable and energetic individuals with DIY skills, who like gardening, housekeeping help with cooking.
  Accommodation and most food provided.

  You will learn about olive oil production during the harvest season. We are in a region famous for Tuscan wines and there are lots of wineries around the area so there are plenty of opportunities to learn about Italian wine. We grow all our own vegetables and the villa is close to Florence, Siena, Pisa etc so there are plenty of opportunities to explore this part of Italy, especially if you have an interest in Italian art and architecture.

  During the summer and autumn season the house is often full with friends and visitors so we are looking for someone who is happy to mix in and provide help where it is needed, whether in the house, garden or around the olive groves. If you have a particular skill or interest, we will try to match your duties accordingly.

  Hébergement

  You would have your own bedroom and shared bathroom and use of a kitchen. On occasions meals would be shared with the family but you should also be prepared to cater for yourself using our local ingredients.

  Florence is our nearest major town and buses go from nearby Greve in Chianti and Sambuca. From there you can explore all that Tuscany has to offer.
