Description
I live on a 5 acre property half way between Sydney and Brisbane. My youngest daughter is still at home and the older two live away and visit now and then. I live on the property with alpacas, dogs and cats. I work in a busy community based role and must admit the property is a bit hard to maintain with my busy schedule. Our property is a peaceful oasis which we've nurtured over the past 12 years.

I'm very connected across the area and can support travellers to better understand the region and beyond. Our place is a beautiful and peaceful oasis with pool, lots of space and easy walk to river and close drive to beaches. I have worked in regional development for 20 years and can provide thorough insights (and connections) across Australia.

I'd love some help to clean up the property (it's not too bad, just needs some love) and to get creative helping me to come up with ideas about how to use the 5 acres. I travel for work sometimes and it's also helpful to have helpers to watch the pets.

Room 1: Is a very large room with kitchenette includes double bed, lounge area and clothes storage.

The Nambucca Valley is relatively undiscovered. There are beautiful beaches and hinterlands, lots of employment opportunities and a slow, friendly country atmosphere.
