Description
I am recently widowed with my three children living nearby. I have 7 grandchildren and a small hobby farm with 5 ponies, 1 dog, 2 cats and a few chickens. I am involved with the local equestrian community with access to many riding and horse driving facilities. I live on 4 acres of land and in a rural area but still within 2 miles of town. I would like a female worker and someone outgoing. I require someone with horse experience.

Sights in the Cowichan Valley include rural life, many local vineyards, farmer's markets. Local bus service as well as bus service to Victoria(provincial capital). We have a thriving arts community as well as many opportunities for outdoor recreational activities such as river, lake and ocean swimming, hiking and sight-seeing.

I took care of the horses, chickens, firewood, house cleaning, cooking etc. The animals are very friendly and great to work with. Lynda is a wonderful person, she makes sure you are enjoying yourself.

Overall Lynda's place is perfect for any workawayers looking for somewhere homely and relaxed.
She is a good cook, generous like ten and very funny woman. It was my first time with horses and it was very cool. I had a good experience and learned a lot. The area is a lovely place with lovely people. I met lots of people and made some friends :)
