Help me with tending to my permaculture garden and care for my babies in Allande, Spain

  Description

  I am the mother of two girls of 13 and 3 year old and we live in a small very isolated village in the middle of the mountain surrounded by native forest and rivers of pure water. We are rebuilding a farmhouse over 200 years old with bioconstruction criteria. We are planting fruit trees thus creating an edible forest in the orchards and farms that require a lot of maintenance, where I apply permaculture knowledge. In the garden, there is also a garden of aromatic plants and flowers with which we prepare medicinal products. Where there are also berries for home consumption in jams or juices. We live with Asturcan horses of the endangered breed, who help me with the carrying of firewood, materials and food, we have chickens, 2 very sociable dogs and 2 cats.
  
  Soy mamá de dos niñas de 14 y 4 años y vivimos en una pequeña Aldea muy aislada en medio de la montaña rodeada de bosque autóctono y de Ríos de agua pura.
  Estamos reconstruyendo un caserío de más de 200 años con criterios de bioconstruccion.
  Estamos plantando árboles frutales creando así un bosque comestible en los huertos y fincas que precisan de mucho mantenimiento, donde aplico conocimientos de permacultura.
  En el huerto, también hay jardín de plantas aromáticas y flores con las que preparamos productos medicinales. Donde también se encuentran frutos del bosque para consumo casero en mermeladas o zumos.
  Vivimos con caballos asturcones de raza en peligro de extinción, que me ayudan con el porteo de leña, materiales y alimentos, tenemos gallinas, 2 perras muy sociables y 2 gatas.
