  Description

  We are a family made up of a mom, two beautiful girls 10 and 7 years old and a lovely dog. I am a doctor and I work at Civico Hospital in Palermo. We live in the historical center of Palermo, in a district very popular for restaurants, pubs and nightlife activities. Our apartment is inside an old style palace, with a very big court and garden, so it is very peaceful and far away from noise and city’s traffic. The girls attend a school close to Palermo’s Cathedral, about 850 meters from home. Our dog is a Bovaro del Bernese, very sweet with everybody.

  I am a parent of two lovely girls, aged 7 and 10, and I would love to welcome someone into our home who is happy to share our daily life and become part of our little family. Palermo is a City full of life, with students coming from all over the world. We go for interesting events every weekend and sometimes we go back to my small town in the Sicilian countryside, close to Palermo. We would be happy to introduce our guest to our local culture, traditions, food and way of life, as well as help them discover the beauty of our area. We can share meals, conversations, everyday activities and, whenever possible, local outings and experiences. We will do our best to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, spend time together and make them feel like part of the family. We are also very interested in learning about their country, traditions, language, food and personal experiences. We believe that living together and sharing our different perspectives is one of the best ways to understand other cultures and build meaningful connections.
  Regarding the help we need, we would appreciate someone who is willing to contribute to our daily routine and help with practical tasks around the home. Depending on our needs, this may include helping with the children, playing with them and organising fun activities, helping with simple household chores, preparing meals or maybe have some help with our dog. We would explain the tasks clearly and agree on a routine together, making sure there is a good balance between helping out, free time and opportunities to explore the area.

  Aide

  I need some help just to arrange some daily activities. The girls come back from school in the afternoon and some days during the weekend they have sportive or musical activities. Usually Girls come back home by walk from school together with our babysitter, so somatimes we can ask to support babysitter just to bring them home or to manage them indipendently, as for sports activities. School is just 800 metres by walk from home, very close to Palermo cathedral, in the heart of Palermo. Furthemore Spugna, our dog, need to go outside during the day, so when I stay too long away from home would be nice to help also to take the dog out to relieve itself.

  Hébergement

  We offer a single room with bathroom shared with my daughters, placed on the second floor close to others bedrooms. The bathroom is quite big with a shower and a bathtub inside. We usually have only dinner all together at home during the week, so lunch is quite free and you can have what you prefer in our kitchen.
