Within the serene embrace of Kunova, an idyllic village nestled in Slovenia's eastern reaches, lies our humble and eco-conscious haven—a meditation center intertwined with an ecological farm. Here, we strive to embody the principles of sustainability, engaging in ecological building, permaculture, and the art of bio gardening. Our hands lovingly cultivate an abundance of herbs, harvested and dried to share the bountiful gifts of nature with others.
In this sanctuary, we aspire to be beacons of inspiration, illuminating the path towards a profound connection with the simplicity and splendor of natural living. Through the practice of mindfulness, meditation, and the grace of yoga, we shape our actions to align with the greater harmony of the universe.
For those blessed with a spark of creativity, our farm presents a blank canvas upon which you can leave your own unique imprint, contributing to the splendor and serenity that envelops our cherished surroundings.
We kindly request that all who enter our sacred realm honor the sanctity and purity of this space. In reverence to its essence, we maintain a steadfast policy prohibiting the use of drugs, alcohol, and smoking.

Within our village, travelers will discover the beauty of a simple life, and the art of eco-building, woodturning, and other simple crafts. We offer vegetarian and vegan cuisine, harvested from our very own garden and the surrounding area. Our aim is to inspire a healthy lifestyle, so we kindly request that you refrain from smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming any other substances.
Above all, we strive to teach our guests how to transform any task into a meditative practice, and to bring a new level of consciousness to every activity we undertake. In addition to these teachings, we also offer daily opportunities to practice yoga and meditation, for a truly holistic experience.

Aide
Number one project this year is our creation of our new "Zen garden". (bamboo fancies, bridges, arranging the rocks and so on.)
At our retreat, we offer a wealth of opportunities to engage in hands-on work, from tending to the garden and constructing with wood, to exploring the world of eco-building with straw and clay. This year, we're especially excited to renovate a classic "panonic house" and transform it into a sanctuary for our guests.
Our one-of-a-kind hall is also in the final stages of completion, with a striking facade to be made of Payalit. And that's just the beginning! We also have a thriving arts community, with opportunities to create wood products in our workshop or contribute to ceramic mosaics around the meditation house.
For those looking to expand their building skills, we're also in the process of building with clay and stone, and seeking eager volunteers to join our team. And for those with a knack for paving stones, our walkways are in need of some tender love and care.
But we don't just focus on the physical: we're also seeking Chinese-speaking volunteers to help educate our 15-year-old son in the Chinese language. If you have a background in Kung Fu or Karate, all the better!
And if that wasn't enough, we also offer ample opportunities for our guests to tap into their creative side and express themselves in a variety of mediums.

We have a dedicated space for volunteers, where up to six individuals may stay. For couples seeking a more intimate experience, we offer a small, rustic cabin with a breathtaking view, nestled amidst the natural beauty that surrounds us. For those who prefer the simplicity of camping, we also have ample space for tents.
And as if that wasn't enough, we are currently in the process of constructing two charming huts, set to be completed by the month of June. So no matter your preference, we offer a variety of accommodations to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Kunova is a village close to Negova lake in the Municipality of Gornja Radgona in northeastern Slovenia. There is beautiful castle Negova close by and small lake where is also possible to swim ..
Beautiful place for walking - tracking... We also offer 4 bikes for those who love to explore a little more the local area.
