I have a home in the town (Polopos) and I have dedicated my last years to the restoration of the Mill. My University training as a Historian and Anthropologist motivated me to begin the process of conservation of historical heritage, in a totally altruistic way.

Los workawayers podrán disfrutar de un entorno natural entre el mar y la alta montaña, pues, el Molino se encuentra junto a un arroyo. Adremás, mediante su ayuda pueden conocer la gestión ecológica del huerto y los procesos de restauración mediante recursos endógenos.
Por otro lado pueden conocer la cultura y vida cotidiana del mundo rural.

El alojamiento puede hacerse en el propio Molino o en la vivienda rural a 3km de aquel.
En cuanto a la manuntención correrá a cargo del anfitrión.
Comida gratis. Ofrecemos la tradicional dieta mediterranea. Si algún ayudante prefiere cualquier otro tipo de dieta no hay problema, se hace según su gusto.
