Description
I am an artist and I bought this old house and the land 4 years ago for creating a peaceful place in nature that gives support in expressing our feelings by all kind of meditative and creative workshops - I like to see my responibility in holding the frame and garantee within this setting the freedom, that is needed to find your individual way, truth, voice or whatever is the question you are carring around with you. Right now I am working on an art-project, a sort of campagne, which is aiming to support the fundamental change on this planet that seems to me needed - that we all belong to the same crew on the only spaceship we have and that the only chance to stay on our mission is to colabourate with each other and our enviroment. The art-project is dividet in 3 parts:
1. meeting point - an interactive plattform that goes on tour in 2019
2. sweatbox - a saunalike mobil as a place for rituals that liberates from old energtic patterns
3. shelter 1 - a place in nature that can offer a time out in a peaceful, meditative and creative surrounding
On the long term I have a vision from the place in Istria as a place for retreats and art - there is, just 500 meters away from the house a magic place, sort of a cave and half a 4 meters deep hole in the ground that would be perfect to use for all kind of rituals and arts-events - a womb in mother earth to recreate our connection to nature and to weave a new cultural interconnection between us humans.

You will stay in a beautiful and remote little village in the heart of the northern istrien terretory of croatia, with its wild and mediterian nature. It is an absolut peacful place, in which you can learn how to live a simple way of life in nature. In this area people speak croatian and italian language.
Aide
To build up a sustainable way of life you should be interestet in the practical aspects of life. Our place is already providing the basics, like a kitchen, water from the tab, accomodation, compost toilette, but it is yet a very simple base and you should like this simlpe way of life. There is still a lot to do with building and permacultural gardening - it is great if you can bring some skills, but it is not a must.

Hébergement
We can offer a guest room with two beds and enough place around the house to build up a tent. It is planned to create more space for accomodation in another part of the building this year. There is a little bath-room in form of a little sauna, with an outside shower. 15 meters away from the house we have a compost toilette. There is a inside-kitchen and an outside kitchen. We will provide mainly food from ecolgical production or local products.

This area is perfect for hiking tours or for going with the bike. There is a little climbing spot nearby, but in about half an hour distance by car you will come either to a famous climbing spots near Osp or to some beautiful places on the sea. You can visit a few famous cities like Motovun, Grosznijan and Hum nearby or explore small caves next to the village. I am in conntact with another eco-village project in Hrvoij, called "Sunny Hill", that´s about 15 km away from Laganisi, if you feel like being in touch with more people from all around the world. We can offer two bikes and one scooter for exploring the countryside. The next little town with shop, restaurant and postoffice is 25 minutes by walking. The place we want to build up shall become a shelter for stressed people to get in touch with themselves, their feelings and their potential - there is allways the possibility to get creative in what you do - if it is your privat time or with your work. Whatever might feed your soul - you surely will find a lot of possibilities to get a taste of it with art, dance or music.
