  Internet has got better lately, with 4G, but the signal depends on where you stand, brilliant in one place, move a metre, and nothing.
  
  Hi Rose and Lance here, we have an old former hunting lodge we are renovating in a secluded location in Northern Bulgaria in Komruka Region, just out side Ostritsa Village, about 25 miles SW of Ruse, it’s very quiet here, until all the frogs start, so if your looking for bright lights and noise, this place is not for you. We are 80% done in the house, and only 50% done out side it, so still lots to do, so any and all help is much appreciated from painting, sewing, digging and the biggest of all weed control. Theres 2 dogs and 2 cats, some pigeons, a couple of doves and Guinea fowl roaming round, just in case anyone has allergies.
  
  We live totally off grid, so days off etc are very weather dependent, so if your rigid in a Saturday/Sunday off type of week, please pass us bye, unless high summer, when all days are nice.
  
  The nearest small town is Dve Mogili, and the nearest City is Ruse, both of which have web sites detailing local facilities, transport links etc etc
  
  There's fishing, rock climbing, walking all close or nearby, or just enjoy being in the woods, and all that lives here, some cute - some not so...... We have wifi, but it is limited to 30gb a month, before it slows to a snails pace. There are also tents available, if you wish to camp outside,

  Well, we live totally off grid, no mains electric, gas, or water, so all and any information about doing this is freely given, we hope one day to be self sufficient in fruit and veg, but that’s a few years off yet.

  We are not vegetarian, but do respect peoples life styles, and are social drinkers and smokers, so if neither of these bother you, all should be OK.

  we have a 2 double rooms and 3 singles available, all on a first come first served basis, also 3 tents if you like to camp out.

  We live in Northern Bulgaria, and the nearest airport is actually Bucharest in Romania, good buses and trains from there to Ruse (Bulgaria) and then its a bus to the village. Cheap flights also to Sofia, and then a 4 hour bus journey to a near village, for 28 levs, 10 levs is 4 pound, so about 11-12 quid.
