I'm a real estate professional who has been part of the cultural exchange community since 2016. I have an affinity towards travelers, and as someone who cannot travel as often these days, I like to support those who can.

I'm a native New Yorker which is incredibly rare these days. I can provide you the most insight of NYC's history, commuting around the city, and how to handle a New Yorker haha. I can teach you ways to save money in NYC as it's quite expensive here. I have tons of list of places to go for restaurants too!

I will provide the learning opportunity to build these skills by doing these tasks with me:
Helping Around with Home:
- Do general cleaning around the apartment together.
- Organizing for small projects together.
- Exchanging ideas on how to optimize use of spaces.
Dog Care:
- Walking my dog (Shiba Inu breed) for 1-1.5 hours
- Brushing my dog
- Playing with my dog (fetch or commands)
These activities can be done within 1-3 hours with ease. I'll teach you how to do it as we do it together.

Learning another language is nice, but due to my schedule, it's difficult to set time aside for it. It'd be nice to learn basic greetings from your language!
Hébergement
I live alone with my Shiba Inu dog in a small studio apartment in Manhattan: Flatiron/NoMad neighborhood. I have a sofa bed that folds out to be a twin/single bed. Due to the small space, there is little privacy, so I am ideally looking for Workawayer who will not be lounging around the apartment all day. My apartment building is strict with security, so you will always need to have an ID or Passport each time you enter the building. You will be given a key to enter my apartment.

You're welcome to go anywhere with no curfew as long as you are able to help around. However, I require you to send me a copy of your passport or government-issued photo ID to be given this permission -- out of safety reasons.

There are multiple subway stations that are 3-10 minutes away from my apartment, but the closest subway stations are 28th Street: 6 train and 28th Street: R and W trains.
