Help with my dogs and language exchange in Lingenfeld, Germany

  Description

  I' am looking for help looking after my two dogs, house, and garden in Lingenfeld (67360). Unfortunately, I am currently suffering from a serious chronic illness and can no longer take care of my dogs and property myself. I am seeking assistance for about 3 hours a day—mainly with the dogs, shopping, cooking, and some gardening—and offer a 1.5-room apartment, access to the garden and pool, internet, a bicycle, and a parking space for a car or camper. The Palatinate region is wonderful for hiking and features many swimming lakes; cities like Speyer, Heidelberg, and Karlsruhe are easily accessible by local train. All shopping facilities are available in the village. Experience with dogs is an advantage; a minimum stay of two weeks is required to allow the dogs to settle in. You have weekends off, and help hours are flexible (e.g., mornings and evenings), leaving you free during the day. A couple is also welcome. I speak English, Spanish, and a little French; I have traveled extensively and look forward to hearing from you and new contacts
  
  Ich suche Mithilfe bei der Betreuung meiner 2 Hunde, Haus und Garten in 67360 Lingenfeld. Leider bin ich zur Zeit schwer chronisch erkrankt und kann mich nicht mehr um meine Hunde , Haus und Hof kümmern. Ich suche Unterstützung für ca. 3 Stunden täglich, hauptsächlich mit dem Hunden und einkaufen/ kochen und etwas Gartenarbeit und biete ein 1 1/2 Zimmer App. , Garten , Pool, Internet, Fahrrad, Stellplatz für Auto oder Camper vorhanden. Die Pfalz ist ein wunderbares Wandergebiet, viele Baggerseen, Speyer , Heidelberg, Karlsruhe mit der S-Bahn erreichbar. Im Ort alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hundeerfahrung von Vorteil, mindest .Aufenthalt 2 Wochen, aufgrund der Eingewöhnung der Hunde. Am Wochenende hast du auch freie Tage und die Arbeitszeit ist flexibel, z.b. morgens und abends, so dass du auch tagsüber frei hast. Auch ein Pärchen möglich. Ich spreche Englisch , spanisch, etwas französisch, bin viel gereist und freue mich auf Kontakte.

  Apartment with 1.5 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, private entrance, pool, and garden. Regarding meals: we cook dinner once a day, and I provide the ingredients in consultation with you. You prepare your own breakfast and lunch. You don't have to cook on weekends, but if my family is cooking, you are welcome to join us for the meal.
  
  Appartement 1 1/2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine, eigener Eingang, Pool, Garten , Verpflegung 1 x täglich kochen wir uns, ich Stelle die Zutaten nach Absprache mit dir. Frühstück / Mittagessen machst du dir selbst, Am Wochenende musst du nicht kochen, aber wenn meine Familie kocht, kannst du mit uns essen.

  Suitable for 2 person; a beautiful area for hiking, with lakes and forests; Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim, and Karlsruhe are nearby and easily accessible by train; Frankfurt and Stuttgart airports can also be reached by rail. Non Smoking household, Smoking Outside is ok. I expect you to clean your App. yourself
  
  2 Personen möglich, sehr schöne wanderungebung, Seen und Wald, außerdem Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim , Karlsruhe in der Nähe und alles gut mit der Bahn erreichbar, Flughafen Frankfurt, Stuttgart mit dem Zug erreichbar. Nichtraucherhaushalt, draussen darf geraucht werden. Dein App. Musst du selbst sauber halten.
