Description
A community of humans and animals under construction. We are vegetarians and we are the largest Christian abbey in Europe in terms of land. We need help with the work. we are in the heart of Tuscany, in the Apennines at about 700 meters above sea level. In summer it is airy and in winter it is not very cold. An ideal time setting. We are surrounded by 600 hectares of our property of fir, pine, beech and chestnut trees and every night animals of all kinds come to visit us. About half an hour from us is the city of Florence, the capital of culture after Rome.

They can be with many people of good will, and learn the traditions of vegetarian and ancient Christianity. we are famous for our Christian meditation called "Hesychasm". Guests find monks with whom they can exchange ideas, speeches and cultural exchanges as well as other regular guests of the community who are usually experts in many things. Cultural exchange also takes place through our meditative and liturgical practices.
Aide
We need a die maker who can help in the kitchen for the community, people who can help on the land in the garden and a non-professional carpenter but with experience and a great desire to work in a beautiful place in the heart of Italy, in Tuscany!

Hébergement
Private room. We educate people not to eat meat or fish. The different food preparation experiences help those who come to us to taste different cultures. Volunteers receive 3 meals and accommodation for all period.
