  Description

  I'm living in a gardenhouse with field, bees and flowers. In this years I improve my self-sustaining and every year I'm working to new projects. I'm physiotherapist, self-employed, living in Garden House.
  
  GARDEN HOUSE
  
  Hi, my name is Jordan and I live in the Varese countryside in the seven lakes area, with my mother and my labrador Saul (..and a fair number of wild animals..)
  A delightful corner of Nature, Countryside and Quiet Life.
  For about 10 years I have created my "green switch" and it is an immense satisfaction to experience a reality on a human scale. Twelve months of the year, I grow part of my food needs through the home garden. “Sustainability” is the motto.
  I am trying to improve bio-dynamic cultivation techniques and for some years now I have been selecting seeds respecting the natural cycles of plants and biodiversity. I also have a small chicken coop and an orchard, I raise bees and for a couple of years I have been growing flowers to learn more about plants and extract essential oils.
  Lately I've been learning more about wild herbs and the collection of ancient seeds.
  Every year is dedicated to research and improvement of techniques, including the artisan techniques of wood and construction.
  Every year I develop projects related to the Garden house.
  I am completing the construction of the wood-burning pizza oven and this year I plan to implement the irrigation of the gardens and its expansion. But above all the construction of the Tree House.
  
  I am looking for willing people who exchange useful knowledge and experience. Here you can learn cultivation techniques, the care of fruit trees, building with wood and some maintenance techniques. Or learn local recipes or how to make homemade fruit tarts.
  I find the "sharing" of skills very stimulating.
  
  Help is required in the custody of the gardens, in cooking, in the maintenance of the greenery and in the development of this year's main project: the construction of the Tree House.
  For the latter activity, I am looking for people competent in wooden building constructions or capable of taking care of the video-editing of the entire project, which will be uploaded to streaming platforms such as Youtube.
  
  The surrounding area is colorful, offering from horse riding to canoeing on Lake Maggiore, as well as numerous tourist attractions in the area, such as the Hermitage of Santa Caterina di Leggiuno, a UNESCO heritage site.
  
  Ciao, il mio nome è Jordan e abito nel countryside di Varese nella zona dei sette Laghi, con mia madre e il mio labrador Saul ( .. e un discreto numero di animali selvatici..)
  Un angolo delizioso di Natura, Campagna e Vita tranquilla.
  Da circa 10 anni ho realizzato il mio “switch green” ed è una immensa soddisfazione viversi una realtà a misura d’Uomo. Attraverso l’Orto domestico coltivo dodici mesi all’anno parte del mio fabbisogno alimentare. “Sostenibilità” è il motto.
  Sto cercando di migliorare le tecniche Bio-dinamiche di coltivazione e da qualche anno seleziono sementi rispettando i cicli naturali delle piante e la biodiversità. Ho anche un piccolo pollaio e un frutteto, allevo api e da un paio di anni coltivo fiori per conoscere meglio le piante ed estrarre gli olii essenziali.
  Ultimamente sto conoscendo meglio le erbe spontanee e la raccolta di sementi antiche.
  Ogni anno è all’insegna della ricerca e miglioramento delle tecniche, anche quelle artigiane del legno e delle costruzioni.
  Ogni anno sviluppo progetti inerenti alla Garden house.
  Sto concludendo la costruzione del Forno a legna per la pizza e quest’anno ho in programma di realizzare l’irrigazione degli orti e il suo ampliamento. Ma soprattutto la costruzione della Casa sull’Albero.
  
  Cerco persone volenterose che scambino conoscenze ed esperienze utili. Qui potrete imparare le tecniche di coltivazione, la cura delle piante da frutto, costruire con il legno e alcune manutenzione tecniche. Oppure imparare ricette del territorio o a fare le crostate di frutta fatte in casa.
  Trovo molto stimolante lo “sharing” delle competenze.
  
  E’ richiesto aiuto nella custodia degli Orti, nel cucinare, nella manutenzione del verde e nello sviluppo del main project di quest’anno: la realizzazione della Casa sull’Albero.
  Per quest’ultima attività ricerco persone competenti in costruzioni edili in legno o capaci di occuparsi del video-editing dell’intero progetto, il quale verrà caricato su piattaforme streaming come Youtube.
  
  Il territorio circostante è variopinto, offrendo dalle uscite a cavallo ad uscite in canoa sul Lago Maggiore, oltre alle numerosi attrazioni turistiche della zona, come ad esempio l’Eremo di Santa Caterina di Leggiuno, patrimonio dell’Unesco.
