  Hello, we are Marta (mother 38 years old), Alberto (father 38 years old) and Alma (girl 4 years old) In December we will have a new born too
  We live in a city in the north of Madrid that is considered one of the safest and greenest cities in the province.
  You can get to the autonomous university in 10 min by car and little else by public transport and to Madrid center in 15 min. We have train, metro, buses and several carsharing next to home. Multitude of facilities
  Our house is in a main area, it is a beautiful renovated 3 bedroom apartment and one is for you. We have air conditioning and central heating. All the comforts.
  We don't smoke and we wouldn't like someone to smoke please.
  We are healthy people and we seek the same thing so that whoever helps us with Alma becomes one more at home

  I am from Madrid, Alberto was born in Toledo. We like to travel to the Toledo house when we can and it would be great if you want to come with us when we do, not mandatory.
  
  We speak Spanish but I, Mom, understand and speak a little English and we hope to improve it myself and the girl.

  Floor in good area. With all services and transport approx. Outdoor, spacious and with elevator.
  
  We are looking for someone, preferably a career student in university who wants to save the expenses of renting, food, internet, gas and light in exchange for help with the child some afternoons of the week.

  Buscamos alguien, preferiblemente estudiante de carrera en la universidad que quiera ahorrarse los gastos de alquiler, comida, internet, gas y luz a cambio de ayudarnos con la nena algunas tardes de la semana.
  
  No tendría que pagar nada ni hacer labores domésticas (vamos, las lógicas si pero no buscamos una persona para eso). Tampoco son muchas horas se trata de ser mi persona de apoyo ya que estoy malita y necesito más energía de la que tengo.
  
  Condiciones mínimas.
  
  * Persona en situacion legal en España
  * Solo chicas
  * No fumadora
  * Que no le importe tener mascotas, tenemos perro y gato
  * Que hable inglés con la niña y sepa jugar
  *Para meses o más si todo va bien.
  *Sin visitas en casa. Si ligas... en la suya 😂
