  Description

  I am repairing a hurricane-damaged villa in St. Thomas, USVI. It is currently livable, water, power, AC & new roof are on but I need help with the interior finish tasks & exterior deck. The view is killer.
  
  There are gorgeous beaches, zip lines, parasailing, many small restaurants and duty-free shopping with a lot of custom made jewelry. The ferry to St. John is popular.

  I can teach Workawayers a bit about the island & the damage that a Category 5 hurricane can do. I have been a construction supervisor for over 30 years and can teach valuable skills to those willing to learn. The island is a melting pot of people from around the Caribbean and the States. The best way to learn about the culture is to attend some of the many local festivals around the island.

  Hébergement

  You will have a private bedroom overlooking the Caribbean Sea with power & AC. There is an attached bathroom that is partially functional, with a fully functional bathroom in an adjoining building. The kitchen is also partially functional and getting better. There should be WiFi before too long.
  
  I have a large, new frig. Visitors are free to put food there. I have food, visitors are free to consume what they like. I can purchase food for visitors - depending on what they like. There is a new 5 burner gas cooktop for anyone to cook on, plus a slow cooker, etc. Food should not be an issue.

  The physical location is Frenchman Bay. The beaches are beautiful, the water is warm and clear & the ferry to St. John is just a 20 minute ride. Snorkeling is great fun. I work as hard as I can, come inside during the heat of the day & relax at the beach on Sundays.
