Help with some garden projects in the sunny Bay of Islands in the far north of New Zealand

  Description

  We are Craig and Jane and live in the sunny Bay of Islands in the far north of New Zealand. Semi rural on just under 2 acres of land, the property is about 15 minutes from Kerikeri, 10 minutes from Kaikohe and 20 minutes from Paihia. Craig is a builder and Jane is in admin, and we have three dogs, Molly and Bex are Springer spaniels and Greta is a chocolate lab x GSP, there is also Charlie the cat. The garden is large and needs constant maintenance which is where we appreciate any help in return for food and acomodation. After work time there is plenty to do and see in the area but transport would be needed. We welcome all nationalities and have hosted many overseas visitors in the past, enjoying the sharing of stories and culture as well as food. So please visit we would love to welcome you. You will need transport.

  Queen bedroom in a 4 yr old house built by Craig. Own bathroom. Solar power and tank water. We will eat together in the evening and during the day if it suits both parties but for breakfast and lunch workaways can make their own. Internet provided.
