  Description

  We are alumni of a leading school in Kandy, and we are looking for a volunteer Rugby coach to train our Rugby team on modern Rugby. We are a more than 100 years old school and have student from grade 1 to grade 12 and students get engaged in various sports as well. Kandy is in Central Sri Lanka and is a heritage city quite popular for tourist because of the tourist attraction including the temple of tooth, nice weather and the scenery on mountains around.
  School Rugby league is a major event, and all leading school are participating for this tournament. We need to get the support from a volunteer rugby coach who has the experience and exposure into the modern Rugby techniques.

  Kandy is a heritage city, full of culture, tradition, and natural scenery. Temple of the Tooth Relic and the famous Esala Perahera festival, which showcases centuries-old traditions through processions, dancers, and music. Visitors can also experience the local culture, explore local markets, and enjoy traditional Sri Lankan food, making it a wonderful place for cultural exchange.
  
  The city is surrounded by some of Sri Lanka ’most beautiful attractions, including the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, Kandy Lake, the Ceylon Tea Museum, and the Hanthana mountain range with its scenic views and the treacking . A short trip from Kandy takes you to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, tea plantations, and beautiful waterfalls. Together with the warm hospitality of its people, Kandy offers a unique opportunity to explore both Sri Lankan culture and nature.

  Aide

  . We are looking for an experienced Rugby Coach with a good background in modern rugby to train our players between the ages of 15 and 20. The coach’s role will be to help improve individual skills, build player confidence, and help the team to play as a team together. We also expect the coach to teach advanced techniques and strategies so our students can play competitive rugby at a higher level and adapt to the fast, modern style of the game.
