  Description

  We're a couple both working in creative fields (sound designer and photographer) with a baby born Oct 2025.
  
  At the moment we are looking for someone (or 2 people) to come help us around the house and share a bit of our day-to-day.
  
  We're not always around as we travel ourselves, so last minute requests usually works better for us!

  The house is just a couple steps away from the beach. From there, you can spot flamingos and many other birds, and have access to many nature trails! It's a very quiet area, and yet just a couple of minutes drive from the city of Olhao, and about 20 minutes drive from Faro.
  
  Algarve is a beautiful region with lots of nature and beautiful hikes/exploring to do!

  Aide

  We are looking for someone or two people (friends/couple) to help around the house. This includes (but is not limited to):
  
  -cleaning (vacuuming, moping, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, windows, car, etc.)
  -making healthy meals (bonus point if you have experience cooking!)
  -taking our two dogs (border collies) for walks - they usually have 2 x 1h walk per day
  -helping with pool maintenance
  
  We also have a field 5 minutes away from the house where occasional help might be required, such as:
  - removing branches
  - cutting tall grass
  - evening out the land
  - moving rocks
  
  We're happy to share meals and occasionally play a board game together, but during the day we usually prefer that everyone tends to their own activities.
  
  We get a lot of requests and can't accommodate every one of them, so we will prioritise personalised messages (not GPT generated, thanks!) and wherever we see a good match :)

  Hébergement

  It's a modern house with a private swimming pool, just a couple of meters away from the beach. It has a big terrace downstairs, open on the kitchen and swimming pool, as well as a rooftop terrace, ideal for daily yoga/sports if you're into that!
  You will have your own bedroom (with a sofabed).
  
  There is a bus stop on the main road (N125) about 10 minutes away walking, and we will also lend you 2 bikes.

  Mes animaux

  

  Juanito (3 ans)

  Juanito (male) is 3 years old. He was found in south of Spain as a stray dogs at 3 months old, and has joined our family since. He's clumsy, funny, expressive and very cuddly. At the same time he's quite independent, he can play by himself or will sometimes just go take a nap somewhere calm, or go sniff a good wiff of salty air on the terrace. He sometimes gets afraid of other dogs or humans, but once he understands there's no danger, he loves to play with them!
  But most importantly... He has a tendency to steal everyone's (hihi!).
  

  

  Zora (10 ans)

  Zora (female) is 10 years old. She's very well educated, with strong observation skills and somehow it's quite easy to read emotions of her face. She doesn't care much for other dogs, but she loves to play with a ball, frisbee or a stick! She's a little barky as a way to get attention and gets a little jealous of other dog(s)/humans playing or having fun without her!
