  Description

  My name is Austin. I've worked in the psycho-shamanic fields for close to a decade and now I'm opening my third healing retreat centre here in Portugal.
  
  I'm calling in genuine adults who know the true meaning of service and volunteering. People who can park their process and value the results of hard work and tribe vibes.
  
  This is an absolute no nonsense grounded and heart centred community project for all ages of men, woman and children.
  If you value real talk, family values, deep relating and containment, healing and boundaries keep reading.
  
  The project is set in a big forest with two houses that are both water and electric sovereign, in one house I live and host volunteers, the other I rent out to tourists.
  
  The current projects: raising a deck to put on a Mongolian Yurt, construct an outdoor bathroom, complete the natural swimming pool, build a yoga/workshop space , complete 2x glamping tent sites, continue expanding the food garden.

  In exchange for five hours per day, Monday to Friday I offer full accommodation, hot shower, internet and food.
  
  The land is in the middle of nowhere - there are no buses nearby. You will need your own means of transport. (on occasion, workawayers have corented themselves a car together)

  I can only accept people who drive and those who are financially stable.
  
  2 weeks minimum - 2 months maximum.
  
  Do note, I have a zero tolerance, one strike and out policy for drug and alcohol use.
  
  (no help with running retreats is asked)
  
  Meals served are varied vegan-omnivore style. I cannot cater to specific diets all the time.
  House keeping and cooking is shared and expected in addition to working hours.

  Simple bedroom in our house - clean bed linen, towel, hot shower, internet.
  Also there is space for camping stuff/van with use of kitchen and bathrooms.
