Help with DIY, gardening and cleaning in Thurles, Ireland

  Description

  My name is Elaine and I live with my son(21). We are located in Thurles in the heart of Ireland and easily accessed by trains and buses to all major cities. It is a great small town with a real bustling heart.
  
  I am looking to find someone that is able to do manual jobs around the house, paint, do some gardening, weeding, cleaning sheds and I have areas to clear of weeds and some powerwashing. Internal projects I want to do are preparing cabinets for painting, removon and priming and painting walls Internally. Some DIY jobs may include building some garden structures etc. and anyone who comes must have a creative can do attitude to solving problems. If manual work isn't your thing, please do not apply.
  
  We have a Yorkshire terrier called Roxy who loves walks and attention. I sometimes have to travel for work and I would like to have someone that can look after Roxy so she can stay at home so might have to be around for the full period while I am gone. Our home is just on the edge of town and it is a lovely walk into the centre.

  I would be available to share some local experiences, we can cook together, you are welcome to learn sewing here, I have a machine available, experiment in the garden, and enjoy living in a small town in rural Ireland. If you want to study while you are here you are welcome to do so.

  Aide

  I am looking for someone who can help me with cleaning around the house, playing with Roxy, and house projects and helping in the garden with general maintenance and clearning some.areas of weeds, powerwashing etc. usually would be for no more than 3 hours 4 days a week, then your time is your own to travel or chill. There will be times when you would be needed more, to be around to look after Roxy when I might be away for work but I can let you know exactly when we are in touch. This role would be unpaid but own room and food will be provided.

  There is a train service directly to Dublin, Cork, and Limerick and indirectly to Galway. On your days off you are welcome to come and go as you please.
  
  I am usually active on the weekends, I like to go outdoor swimming in the river and I am back to studying full time as well as working.
