  Description

  We, a "young at heart":) couple, live in a small, historic Bavarian-Swabian town with around 15.000 inhabitants. We consider the advantages of our town to be the large amount of space, walks in the town and the surrounding area, a wide range of sports opportunities, beautiful hiking and cycling trails and easy access by public transport from Ulm, Memmingen, Munich and Stuttgart.
  
  Wir, ein "junggebliebenes":) Paar, wohnen in einer bayrisch-schwaebischen historischen Kleinstadt mit ca. 15.000 Einwohnern . Viel Platz, Spaziergaenge im Ort und in der Umgebung, vielfaeltige Sportmoeglichkeiten, schoene Wander- und Fahrradwege und die gute Erreichbarkeit mit oeffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von Ulm, Memmingen Muenchen und Stuttgart betrachten wir als Pluspunkte von unserem Staedtchen.

  Wir freuen uns darauf, unterschiedliche Menschen mit einem gemeinsamen Nenner des Respekts willkommen zu heißen. Auf dieser Grundlage glauben wir an ein gutes Zusammenleben durch tägliche leichte Haus- und Gartenarbeit, ab und zu gemeinsam kochen und essen, gute Gespraeche und gemeinsame Ausfluege.

  Hébergement

  Detached house with garden, available in our apartment on the ground floor is a cozy room with use of kitchen and bathroom.
  
  To accommodate individual needs and/or habits, we ask for self-catering and offer compensation for this. But that doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy cooking and eating together occasionally.
  
  
  Einfamilienhaus mit Garten, zur Verfuegung steht in unserer Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ein gemuetliches Zimmer mit Kuechen- und Badbenutzung.
  
  Um individuellen Bedürfnissen und/oder Gewohnheiten entgegenzukommen, bitten wir um Selbstverpflegung und bieten hierfür eine Vergütung an. Das heißt aber nicht, dass wir auf das gelegentliche gemeinsame Kochen und Essen verzichten.

  There is a very well-developed network of cycle paths throughout the region.
  The train station is a 15-minute walk away, offering a variety of excursion options. Es gibt ein sehr gut ausgebautes Radweg-Netz in der gesamten Region.
