  • Description

Currently Bikash, is a Master of Arts student in Movement, Mind and Ecology program at Schumacher College, UK. He is also a graduate in MS Applied Ecology from Norway. He has more than 10 years of experience collecting scats of red panda, tiger, wild water buffalo and snow leopards to study their feeding ecology. He wrote M.Sc. thesis on “Human-leopard conflict in Nepal” listening to wolf debate in Scandinavia and interacting with Nordic wilderness mindsets in Evenstad campus. Then, Bikash realized wilderness in landscape is determined by wildness in human culture and mindsets. So, together with his Wildlife Veterinarian Sister Dr. Bindu co-founded a wild Nepal community. Native to the central Himalayan region, his mission is to save indigenous cultural nature/forest therapy practices for Living with nature in the central Himalaya. His current research lies in Himalayan mind, movement and Mountains. Also, working to set up a seed library for healing travel in the forest of Pokhara Valley.

Offering a terrace and garden view, Pokhara village home is set in Pokhara, 16 km from Fewa Lake and 16 km from World Peace Pagoda. The Begnas Lake is within 8 km of the holiday home.

International Mountain Museum is 13 km from Pokhara village home, while Mahendra Cave is 21 km from the property.
